"Strait-Jacket" Filming Location
Crestmore Manor
The exterior of "Crestmore Manor" was used as the Field's family mansion in "Strait-Jacket". Filming took place at this location during the week of August 5th - August 9th, 1963. The 10,830 square foot house was built in the mid-1950's by W.W. "Tiny" Naylor, a successful restaurateur and California's second leading thoroughbred horse breeder.
The house is currently used for social functions (primarily weddings) and is located in Riverside County, California at: 4600 Crestmore Road Jurupa Valley, California 92509. (Property information and contemporary photos of the house are from the Crestmore Manor website)
